Andrew began his career as General Counsel to a national investment an asset management company, where he oversaw acquisitions, licensing, and regulatory matters for a multi-state portfolio of healthcare facilities and operations. He then served as a partner at a nationally recognized boutique healthcare M&A firm, representing clients across the, skilled nursing, healthcare and real estate sectors.
Today, as co-founder of Garbacz Zlotowitz LLP, Andrew draws on his deep industry experience and expansive professional network to deliver practical, results-oriented counsel. His strength lies in building relationships and collaborating with specialized professionals—operators, lenders, brokers, consultants, and regulators—throughout the healthcare landscape to offer creative, tailored solutions that drive his clients’ success.
